Steel and aluminum coils and sheets are coated with either a color or protective lacquer with the coil coating process. The reverse roll coater guarantees reproducible and continuous coating during production.

Color and protective lacquering

Production of sun protection louvers in a number of colors with short inline color changes for coating on both sides in one machine pass. The reverse roll coater ensures reproducible and continuous coating of aluminum or steel coils during production.
Samples are coated in the laboratory with the reverse roll coater with the same parameters.

Pre-coat / Top coat / Protection coat

Rolled and drawn metal sheets are lacquered with anti-corrosion coatings and adhesion promoters etc. A variety of layers with variable thickness can be applied with the reverse roll coater and the coil coating process. We have the right reverse roll coater for you.

Car wrapping

Plastic foils are coated and lacquered in the color of vehicle, coated with a protective layer and pressed into the required form. The back of the component is then sprayed with an inexpensive plastic and can then be mounted on the vehicle.
