Foil coating Range for the painting industry type BA 20712
A coloured base coat and clear coat are applied to foil and pre-dried. This coating is only around one millimeter thick. Covered by a transparent protective coating, it can be cut to size and applied in large or small-scale production runs at almost any location. Here, the foil is deep-drawn into the final shape, cured with UV light and back-foamed to the completed component with plastic. This novel technic is already used in the automotive industry and window production.
